In its heyday, Schnitzel Heights was a happening, upscale community . The Depression put an end to those glorious times. The War came and went, and GIs returned by the thousands.  In 1947 Percival Huston opened his drug store in the southwest corner of the building his father’s office building.  The store’s still open, even in these hard, hard times, and Percival still manages to make it into the store once a week, although he’s in his late eighties. Rendered in HO Scale, Huston’s is a nice addition to any post-war era downtown. Easy assembly makes this a great beginner’s kit, while the big open window begs for super detailing.
